Easy Pizza Dough recipe

From the Recipe Talk Forums. I like to prepare this coffee cake on weekends...especially during blueberry season. Served with fresh fruit, it's a nice switch from eggs, cereal and pancakes.

This recipe originated in the town of Idar-Oberstein in the 19 th century, when gemstone prospectors returning from South America created their own version of gaucho-grilled steaks. The dish was then further refined by Scharfenberg's mentor August Goerg. Cuisine from Germany.

Shrimp and scallions in a spanish style tortilla. In Spain a pancake is called a tortilla.

This is a lovely sauce to go with either pancakes, ice cream or on gingerbread cake
