A scrumptious and decadent fruitcake made with golden raisins, candied fruit and delicious blackberry cordial wine.

Made this rice bread a few days ago, and it was quite good. I was surprised that it wasn't dense, and it had great flavour and texture. Will make this bread for my sister when she comes over next time who eats gluten-free food, I think she will like it!

Amazing sauce! It takes a bit longer than any other recipe i have ever tried but it is WELL worth it!
