Excellent bread. Nice, light texture and good crust. I will add more caraway next time, though, as we really like that flavor. I doubled the recipe to make a large loaf, and it worked fine. I usually just use my machine for the kneading process and than finish the loaf by hand, but let the machine do the whole thing this time, since I was busy all day. Made the house smell great, and was perfect with a steaming bowl of split pea soup! Thanks for this keeper.

Even if you dont like Ricotta cheese. DO NOT pass up this great recipe. I would have to give it a 5 star plus rating! Those who tasted these yummy treats all agree to the five star rating. These pita bread was amazing. I made them for a pot-luck recently, and everyone couldn't believe that these pita bread was actually made from the scratch. I also made some roasted pepper hummus to go with it, and everyone just raved about how yummy they were.

Yesterday I brought these cookies to my husband's friend's bonfire, they disappeared quickly. Everyone loved them. Tahini actually tasted delicious in these cookies! Will be making these sweets again.

These multigrain muffins are great for breakfast or snack. Oats, whole wheat flour and cornmeal with fresh or frozen blueberries, plain yogurt and ground ginger make these muffins tasty yet healthy.

I like to add pumpkin spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice & ginger. I also add a handful each of dried cranberries and walnuts. I cut into equal triangles from a round. When completely cooled, I drizzle with a simple vanilla glaze.

My son brought this recipe home from work one day some years ago and asked me to please make these cookies for him. His friend Brian had given him the recipe. Brian's mom had made the cookies and he would bring them in to work and give my son some. My son William said that they were so good that he wanted me to make some for him, so I made them and I loved them as well as my husband, my daughter, my sisters, and everyone else who ate them. Well, then my daughter's friends wanted me to make some cookies for them, so I just gave them the recipe and said go for it yourselves, they are so easy to make. I know you will love these cookies too because they are not the regular chocolate chip cookie variety. They melt in your mouth and you can't eat just one.
