This is an okay recipe. I have eaten tastier ones similar to this, but none of these I have put it in my recipe box to maybe use again.

You can use any type of wholegrain rice you like - but try to stick to non-white. There are many wonderful whole grain rice varieties that would work well in this dish - brown rice, red rice, or black rice.

Egg and Sausage Casserole recipe

A microwave version of the french classic Eggs Benedict. Easy to make version of Hollandaise sauce.

Made some changes to my version of oreo balls. I like them better with real chocolate not that nasty bark ew. You can change this up by using Nutter butter cookies with a bit of peanut butter along with the cream cheese to make a moist enough center to roll. Or use Mint oreos for a kick
