Fantastic. I cooked it for my parents. My mother said it was very aromatic, my father just finished before I started to eat. It was a fun lunch. Thanks!
Wow, the chicken came out so moist and juicy. Roasting the chicken breast-side down at first really made a huge difference, which insured the juicy breasts. The honey glaze was an excellent addition to the chicken. We served it with mashed potato and honey-glazed carrots. A satisfying and delicious meal.
A refreshing change of pace from traditional chicken noodle soup. Using cheese tortellini instead of plain noodles makes for a pleasant and filling take on an old classic.

These delicious Greek biscuits were so interesting to make, I wasn't sure whether the biscuit would hold together or not, but the result was great. The biscuits were all puffed beautifully and golden-brown. The layer of filling made with feta, roasted bell pepper, and black olives was super flavorful. We only made half of the recipe, and we got 6 biscuits. They disappeared real fast...
Reasonably easy to put together, and it came out quite tasty. A good weeknight meal if you have rice or noodle or bread on the side.
Chicken breast turned out juicy, made my own seasoned bread crumbs by toasting some bread and using a food processor adding some Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, turned out a bit dark but awfully tasty. I used speck, a smoked prosciutto instead of the turkey ham and the flavors matched up well. I made a sauce by deglazing the pan with a bit of white wine. Overall a nice combination and quite easy to make.
A delicious way to enjoy some tacos!
