Very tasty treat! Easy to make and very moist. I added 1/2 cup chopped pecans to the batter. Would be good with some dried cranberries also.
Wild duck or goose browned in a skillet, stuffed with apple and onion, then braised in homemade gravy until the meat falls right off the bone. Honest, hearty hunter's fare.
The earthy beets, spicy basil, creamy goat cheese and sour-sweet balsamic glaze make this salad with complimentary layers of flavors and textures.
We have had so many fruit jams, have you even tasted tomato jam with some spiciness, ginger and garlic. And it is so versatile, it goes well with cracker, bread or some pita bits.
This recipe comes from one of my Norway friends, she gave me this good recipe: These rolls I make from leftover cake vreks! You can have any kind of cake in it but half of the crumbs must be from chocolate cake. I store leftover in my freezer and make this recipe when I want to.
Quite good and pretty spicy. I left out the mushrooms and cooked in a Dutch oven rather than the crockpot. I simmered it, covered, for about 1 hour 30 minutes. Would make this again. Thanks for sharing.
Creamy avocados, juicy-sweet tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, meaty chickpeas and salty olives are on top of a bed of lettuce or any your favorite greens. Drizzle some freshly homemade vinaigrette and serve with a few slices of good bread.
Easy to make, and it was delicious as well as packed with good-for-you ingredients. Will be making it again soon.
Rich and fudgy brownies with a delightful frosting. You'd never know they contained zucchini!
"A wonderful combination of flavors and the frosting is fantastic."

I got this recipe from a friend I used to work with. It is so good!
Kangaroo steak with wild mushrooms and red wine, seared fast in butter and served pink inside. An authentic Australian recipe ready in 15 minutes on a skillet or barbecue plate.
Very, very good. I used 1/2 semi sweet and 1/2 bittersweet - more of a sophisticated flavor. It was yummy. Stick to the milk chocolate or semi-sweet for the kids though. Besides a variety of fruit, I bought those little creme puffs in the freezer section - they were delicious dipped in the chocolate!
One of my favorites. These are the cookies I make when I am trying to impress someone or cheer a person up. Though they are made with milk chocolate they are not too sweet. The edges are airy and crunchy and the center is soft and chewy.
This was my lunch today, packed with goodness and yumminess. I only made 1 quesadilla for myself, so I quartered the recipe. It was delicious, loved the oozing cheese and the flavorsome veggies. A great combination on both flavor and texture. I broiled the top for a few minutes to make it nice, brown and crispy. Will be making this more often for sure.
