A rich and delicious dish made with potatoes, succulent ham, pickled jalapeno peppers and pimento-stuffed green olives.

So easy to make, and it came out delicious. I used whole wheat pasta and low-sodium cream of mushroom soup to make the dish more nutrition dense. It was a great way to add veggies to my family's meal. Recommend it!
