A truly amazing combination of flavors. The dressing is divine, the warm and tart goat cheese combined with the sweetness of apple ring is truly out of this world.
Quite tasty and filling. I used black bean instead of pinto beans, I also squeezed half of the lime juice into the dressing, and I omitted the tomatoes that I didn't have on hand. I did think a ripe yet juice tomatoes would add more great flavor. Served it on a bed of lettuce and home-baked tortilla chips.

I used roasted bell pepper instead of pimento, which worked perfectly well. Roasted bell pepper added delicious smokiness to the coleslaw, and it was very easy to put together. Refreshing and quite tasty.

Nice way to dress up peas. The mushrooms, water chestnuts and celery add some needed texture. Just a hint of curry adds some nice warmth but is not in any way overpowering and the chicken bouillon powder infuses the flavor.
One of the recipes we found to use up the homemade leftover chili, it came out amazingly good, nice and crispy on top, very cheesy; the chili and other several kinds of sauteed fresh vegetables were delicious mixture, which gave the lasagna huge amount of flavor.
