Made this Hawaiian stuffed chicken breast for dinner, didn't have herb stuffing mix, so I sliced up 1 slice of whole grain bread into 1/2-inch cubes, tossed with a bit dry Italian herb mix and a bit olive oil...

Made a few changes, and I got a much healthier but super moist and delicious fresh apple cake (see the linked recipe below). I love making everything healthier without losing great flavor and texture, desserts are definitely one of them, especially I have such a sweet tooth :)

The sichuan sauce makes the tofu very flavorful, and the mushrooms absorb all the deliciousness and add great texture.

Seasonal root vegetables are tossed with olive oil, salt and black pepper, after baking, they look nice and colourful, you can serve them with any kind of your favorite gravy or roasted turkey, chikcen, it is also a fantasitc side dish.
