Thanksgiving Chocolate Pumpkin Bread Pudding recipe

This is a quick and easy version of a French classic. It has been altered to use no flour and no sugar.

Authentic mincemeat from my Grandmother's recipe. Yields about 4 quarts/litres, enough to make about 4 mincemeat pies.

Costs about $10 to serve a family since adult can have 2 halfs with mashed potato and mini carrots etc and children can have 1. This is my first Recipe so here goes.
