This is a delicious brunch dish and is very good served with a broiled tomato, French bread and a fresh fruit compote.

You can serve this delicious cashew sauce on any of your favorite fruits. Very healthy and great!

Use this recipe with peaches, sour cherries or pineapple with equally good results.
