One day I ran out of the ingredients, and so I got creative. What I came up with, I looooove. I call it Mediterranean Chicken a la Crock-Pot.

Super quick, and fuss-free. Loved the idea of using parmesan and sesame seeds, also added some garlic powder and black pepper to give the chicken fingers more flavor.
