During the fall and winter I make homemade soup once a week. I’ve got dozens of delicious soup recipes, but the Pizza Soup was the favorite of our sons, Keith and Mark. It’s really easy to make. I apologize for the inexact quantities, but this is another recipe that I’ve never written down…and haven’t made it since last winter! I’ve given the basic recipe, but don’t be afraid to add other items you enjoy on your pizza…including a dash of red pepper sauce!

This one pot dish is packed with deliciousness and goodness. Sauteed assorted mushrooms are cooked in a flavorful broth, lots of Asian yumminess will for sure make your tummy feel very happy.

Creamy sauce is made with both cream cheese and goat cheese, which makes the dish creamy and tasty. Sauteed mushrooms and asparagus are simmered in chicken broth and white wine to enhance the flavor. Toss them all together and serve it as a delicious main dish.

Inspired by the fresh peach tart recipe I made a few days ago, yesterday came out this fresh peach and plum tart recipe. This time I used a lot both freshly seasonal peaches and plums, and also made a 11-inch tart to satisfy my fruit tart craving. It came out beautiful and delicious, definitely the kind of dessert that I love to have in summer!
