You can play around with the toppings and use any mixture of your favourite nuts and fruits. We’ve gone for cranberries, nectarines, banana, walnuts and dried apricots and it was delicious. If you like your porridge super creamy – a good tip is to soak them in the milk overnight before cooking.

Nice cookies! I followed the recipe except only cooked them for 11 minutes (I prefer a softer cookie), and they were wonderful.
