This isn't your ordinary Mom's or Campbell's over-salted Chicken Noodle Soup. Udon noodles, lemongrass, and mushrooms take the soup to the next level.
As I do not own a bread machine, I adapted this recipe to make in my KitchenAid stand mixer using the dough hook. I kept the igredients basically the same, with the exception of adding 1 1/2 Tbs. honey. I baked it in a 9" x 5" loaf pan.
Pretty basic, but delicious. I serve with rice pilaf and homemade cole slaw.
Easy to make rich and delicious chocolate cake spiked with bourbon.
**This cake is very moist and is a fall favorite for picnics and potlucks.**

An easy butter baked cod topped with crunchy almonds. No fuss, easy clean-up and tastes great. A nearly perfect fish main dish. Norwegian or Atlantic cod works well as does any other firm fleshed white fish.
My family of 3 boys and my husband refuse to eat anything "healthy"...well I made this tvp chili, but did not tell them what was in it. Well between the 4 of them they finished the pot. So excellent!! Easily used to "fool" non vegetarians!
Absolutely amazing... I'm not a baker, but this recipe is foolproof. My husband's favorite is carrot cake and I made it for his 30th birthday with resounding compliments even from those who don't like it. One friend insisted I got it from a bakery!

The flavor was amazing, the aroma during the cooking filled up our entire house. We used chicken broth instead of beef broth and water, and it made a very tasty base for the soup. A few slices of good bread was all we served with this soup. YUM!
A moist cake, that has the kumquat hint. it wasn't sour, but if you want that taste, then add more kumquat. :)
These muffins turned out surprisingly delicious and moist. I processed rolled oats in food processor to get the oat flour, and it worked just fine. Buttermilk added some tang and made muffins very moist. Raisin was a yummy addition...
Old fashioned classic with a twist, a little barley boosts the fiber along with corn kernels makes it more filling. Fills the kitchen with a lovely smell whilst baking.
Extremely quick and easy to throw together. Turns out much like a cheesy crustless quiche. Uses bisquick baking mix (or you can make your own easily enough).
No sugar, flavour is still so nice, and much healthier too!
