Moist and delicious cake is paired with cream cheese glaze that doubles the yumminess of the cake and the joy of eating.

It was my first time making a carrot cake. I loved it, and so did my boyfriend. I frosted the cake with a mixture of butter and cream cheese, so yummy. This is a great way to eat carrots :)

This is a vegetarian recipe, there are different kinds of vegetables, very healthy and tasty too.
