Yogurt and Fruit Parfaits

 

Very nice and easy, I made it for my kids, once I finished it, my husband and I we both loved it too, so it is a really good.

Low Cholesterol, Trans-fat Free, Good source of fiber, Low Sodium
 

Ingredients

3 cups vanilla yogurt
nonfat
1 cup strawberries
fresh or defrosted frozen, in juice

1 pint blackberries
raspberries or blueberries, fresh

1 cup granola
good quality

Directions

Layer ⅓ cup vanilla yogurt into the bottom each of 4 tall glasses.

Combine defrosted strawberries and juice with fresh berries.

Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top.

Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
