Directions
Beat in 2 cups flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder.
You may add 1 teaspoon of vanilla or lemon flavor or both.
Grease and flour, spread evenly in 4 long bread pans.
Run butter knife through to take the bubbles out.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees
