Ingredients

2 lbs boneless pork loin roast trimmed
1 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 clove crushed/minced garlic
1/2c water

Glaze
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tblsp cornstarch
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1/2 c water
2 tblsp soy sauce

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless pork loin roast trimmed
1 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 clove crushed/minced garlic
1/2c water

Glaze
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tblsp cornstarch
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1/2 c water
2 tblsp soy sauce

Directions

Pork: In small bowl, combine the sage, salt, pepper and garlic. Rub the spices over the roast. Place the roast in the slow cooker and pour the ½ water. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Near end of cooking time, combine ingredients for the glaze in a saucepan and bring mixture to boil, the reduce and simmer, stir occasionally until thickens.

Remove pork, and shred. Drizzle glaze over pork.
