Spicy, Sweet and Sour Cucumber Salad
Quick, refreshing yet tasty cucumber salad.
Ingredients

cut into matchsticks |

Korean style, or 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |

rice vinegar

Directions
Add the cucumber with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix until the cucumber is evenly and well coated.
Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Serve or keep it in the frige until ready to use.
