Ingredients

EACH EACH ENGLISH CUCUMBER
cut into matchsticks *

EACH EACH SHALLOTS
chopped, or half red onion *

TABLESPOON ML CHILI PEPPER FLAKES
Korean style, or 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes *
½ 7.5
TABLESPOON ML RICE VINEGAR
or to taste

TEASPOON ML SUGAR
or to taste
½ 7.5
TABLESPOON ML SESAME SEEDS
toasted

X X SALT AND BLACK PEPPER
to taste *

Directions

Add the cucumber with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix until the cucumber is evenly and well coated.

Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

Serve or keep it in the frige until ready to use.
