Parmesan cheese

Directions
Slice potatoes round then cut into halves. (Leave skin on.)
Mix seasonings together in small bowl. (Use amounts of seasonings that you choose.)
Put potatoes in bowl, pour olive oil over potatoes toss well until all are covered.
Add all seasonings, toss again.
Use cookie sheet, line with aluminum foil, spray with cooking spray.
Place potatoes on cookie sheet.
Pre-heat oven to 375℉ (190℃).
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes while turning half way through to cook evenly and until they are golden brown.
