Ingredients

½ cup salad dressing, mayonnaise style
6 large eggs
hardboiled and chopped
1 clove garlic
minced
cup sour cream
or plain yogurt
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon pimentos
chopped
2 tablespoons scallions, spring or green onions
finely chopped
¼ teaspoon chinese hot mustard

Directions

Mix the sour cream/yogurt, mayonaise, salt, and garlic together.

Add the egg then the other ingredients and mix well.

Garnish with the pimiento.
