Directions
On one patty, put the cheese squares.
Spread chilis on top of the cheese.
Place the other patty on top. Pinch the edges of the two patties together.
Dip the doubled and filled patty in buttermilk, then flour, then buttermilk, then corn meal.
Fry in hot oil until done.
Top with an egg fried easy-over.
Use oleo or butter for frying the egg.
