Trans-fat Free, High Fiber


Rice crust
1 ½ cups brown rice
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons onions
¼ teaspoon basil
1 each eggs
slightly beaten


Combine ingredients.

Press into bottom and sides of greased 9 inch pie plate.

Use any quiche filling.

Tuna tastes especially good in this crust.
