sliced, can, or 1 pk mushrooms, fresh, sliced

or chicken or beef

Directions

Place roast in crockpot. Place mushrooms on top of meat. Mix beef broth with onion soup mix and pour over all. Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours on Low or 5 to 6 hours on High.

Optional: add any vegetables you may desire about ½ way through cooking time.
