Directions
Spray a small square glass casserole dish with pan spray.
In a medium sized pot over low heat mix sugar and milk.
Bring to a rolling boil VERY slowly. Stir almost constantly.
Let boil for at least one minute but do not let boil without stirring.
Add peanut butter then turn off heat.
Use electric blender and blend completely (about 30 seconds).
Immediately pour into prepared dish. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Gently pry the edges from dish. Gently drop fudge onto a small amount of corn starch. Cut into small pieces.
Keep refrigerated.
