Directions

  1. Boil noodle in saltwater as directed on package, drain.

  2. Chop the onion and the garlic very fine, and sauté in the butter until golden; add mushrooms sliced finely and simmer 5 minutes.

  3. Cut the ham into small strips and with the mushroom mix mix under the noodles Season to taste. Prepare tomato sauce as directed and season with nutmeg if desired. Serve hot
