How do I toast panko bread crumbs?

Directions
Pan-fry the cocktail sausages or hot dog halves or cook according to package directions according to the hot dog, frankfurters, or mini-sausages you are using.
Cut your hot dogs or franks to an appropriate size to fit your buns as needed.
Cut your buns into a matching size.
Slit the buns, and insert the cocktail sausage just as if making a hot dog or sausage on a bun.
Top with a tablespoon of mac 'n cheese. Top that with the toasted bread crumbs. Repeat until all are used up, arrange on a platter, and serve to your delighted guests.
