Leftover Stuffing Stuffed Mushrooms
Leftover stuffing? A quick mix and stuff into juicy mushrooms caps for a delicious leftover side that surprisingly easy to prepare.
Ingredients

Directions
Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃) degree.
Combine leftover stuffing, grated parmesan, olive oil and chopped parsley, garlic clove in a large bowl until well mixed.
Stuff into button mushroom caps.
Top with more parmesan and drizzle with more olive oil.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and heat through.
Cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
