Directions
VAJA LÄHEB:
• 100 g Roquefort’i juustu • 100 g küpsetusmargariini • 1 kanamuna • 300 g nisujahu • plaadi määrimiseks pisut õli.
Riivi juust ning sega pehmendatud margariini, muna ja jahuga. Sõt¬ku ühtlaseks massiks. Rulli õhukeseks ja lõika meelepärased ku¬jundid. Lao õliga määritud küpsetusplaadile ja küpseta ahjus 200° cup juures kuldpruuniks.

Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).
Crumble cheese and mix softened shortening or butter, egg then mix in the flour. Work into a ball. Fold and roll out and cut thin into triangle shapes.
Arrange shapes on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray or oil.
Bake until puffed and golden brown.
