Honey Marinated Baked Cod

Marinated with honey and soy, this baked cod looks as good as it tastes. Meaty with a sweet, salty, crust and melt in the mouth interior. Sized for 2, but can easily be scaled to serve more.

Directions
In a small bowl, whisk togther all ingredient except the cod.
Transfer to a zip-lock bag or suitable container with the cod and marinate, refrigerated overnight, or up to 24 hours.
Pre-heat oven to 450℉ (230℃) F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove cod from marinade, drain well, arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 7 to 10 minutes, until cod is opaque and flakes easily.
