to taste

boiling

QUART L SODA WATER *

Directions

Put the grated ginger and lemon rinds in a small bowl with the honey.

Pour in 1 cup boiling water (or just enough to cover).

Let steep for five minutes.

Strain and chill.

When ready to serve, add the seltzer water.

Makes 4 servings (10 ounces each).
