Directions
Add cheese, salt and pepper, and butter to mashed carrots.
Place in a 1 quart buttered baking dish .
Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with the additional butter.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Bake at 350℉ (180℃) F for 40 minutes.
