Ingredients

4 ounces green chili peppers
mild or hot green
2 teaspoons green chili peppers
mild, ground, or chili powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

Process until smooth.

Makes about ⅓ cup.

Good with beef, poultry, pork or lamb.
