Directions

Wash grapes.

Separate skins and pulp.

Simmer pulp until soft.

Remove seeds.

Combine skins and pulp.

Add ⅔ cup as much sugar as combined skins and pulp.

Simmer slowly, stirring frequently, until juice sheets from spoon.
