45 ml vegetable oil

237 ml all-purpose flour

15 ml baking powder

237 ml milk
Camera

Directions

Pour boiling water over cornmeal.

Add (sugar), salt. Let cool.

Stir in beaten eggs and oil.

In seperate bowl mix flour and baking powder.

Add to cornmeal alternately with the milk.

Beat until smooth.

Cook on hot griddle.

Serve warm pancakes with syrup.
