Directions
Soften yeast in ⅓ cup warm water for 5 minutes.
Add 2 cups of flour and the rest of the ingredients.
Knead until smooth (about 15 minutes) or use a mixer with a dough hook, adding additional flour as needed.
Place in greased bowl and cover and let sit until doubled.
Punch down and roll out to fit pizza pan.
Use this dough to make Pizza Nissa Socca.

Note: I usually increase the salt and sugar slightly.
