Ingredients

¾ cup 酸奶,低脂
plain
2 large 香蕉
ripe
2 teaspoons
fresh and grated
1 large 木瓜
1 cup 葡萄,无籽
¼ cup 杏仁
sliced

Directions

Blend together yogurt, banana, and ginger in blender.

Spoon out meat of papaya and divide papaya and grapes between two bowls.

Mix with blended yogurt and top with sliced almonds.

Bought one big papaya, eating it raw was absolutely delicious, but I still wanted to make something with this fresh and juicy fruit. This recipe certainly hit my need. It was a tasty combination of banana, ginger and yogurt, creamy and refreshing, which was delicious with papaya, grapes and toasted almonds. There were different textures and yummy flavors in my every mouth-ful. Definitely a keeper, even just the yogurt, banana and ginger part was adored, will make it again soon.
