Directions

Mix together the flour, skim milk powder, baking powder and salt.

Cut in shortening with your fingers or a pastry cutter until well crumbled and mixed.

Store in air-tight container at a cool place.

Make a little bit more than 11 cups of bisquick mix.

Note: This homemade mix can be used for any recipe that asks for Bisquick or other biscuit baking mix.
