Directions

Add the cider vinegar, garlic, salt, oregano, chipoltes, and achiote paste in a food processor or a blender.

Blend until it becomes a smooth paste.

Add the remaining ingredients and keep processing until the oil is emulsified.

Spread the marinade over the whole turkey that is prepared and dried.

Place the turkey in a large roasting bag, or a roasting pan with the lid, or wrap completely.

Keep it refrigerated and let the turkey marinate for at least 12 hours and up to 24 hours.
