Picture this: golden-edged bread carrying a vibrant heap of finely chopped sweet red capsicum, juicy tomato and sharp onion, all bound by semolina that turns nutty and crisp as it hits the heat. The butter sizzles in the pan, the spices wake up, and in minutes you have something far better than plain toast. This is the kind of quick bite that works for after-school fuel, a light lunch, or that late-night craving when nothing else hits right.
