Ingredients

3ounces broccoli florets cut into bite-size pieces
3ounces snap beans cut into bite-size pieces*
3ounces kale coarsely chopped
3ounces soybeans (daizu) cooked
ounces brazil nuts chopped*
tablespoons soy oil *
½teaspoon garlicVideo minced
ounces chives fresh, minced
¼teaspoon tarragon *
½teaspoon salt

Directions

Steam broccoli, snap beans, and kale for 8 minutes or until tender.

Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well.

Serve hot or cold.
