This Asian style bok choy stir-fry is very easy to make, and only a few ingredients, but they bring tons of flavors together!

Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and ginger and cook 1 minute.
Stir in bok choy and soy sauce, cook about 4 minutes, until greens are wilted and stalks are crisp-tender.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Serve warm and enjoy!
