Ingredients

Dressing
1 each garlic cloves
minced
1 each lemon
juice of
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons liqueur
sambuca, licorice flavor
2 tablespoons basil
fresh, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salad
2 cups black-eyed peas
cooked
½ each onions
chopped
½ each sweet red bell peppers
diced
¼ cup basil
fresh, chopped

Directions

Combine ingredients for dressing.

Mix with sald ingredients and rest at least half an hour before serving.

Season if desired.
