Directions
Brown the roast in a preheated skillet, or if you're in a hurry skip this step.
Place the roast in a slow cooker. Season with rosemary, garlic and bay leaves.
Add the water and soy sauce.
Cook on low setting for 6 to 10 hours or high for about 4 hours.
The longer and slower you cook it the better.
Place roast in slow cooker.
Serve shredded beef on toasted rolls or kaisers that have been dipped in the juice.
