You won’t believe how simple and easy this recipe is. Throw all the ingredients into a crockpot and head to work and you are ready to eat as soon as you come in the door. The “au jus” makes this the best beef dip ever.

Directions

Brown the roast in a preheated skillet, or if you’re in a hurry skip this step.

Place the roast in a slow cooker. Season with rosemary, garlic and bay leaves.

Add the water and soy sauce.

Cook on low setting for 6 to 10 hours or high for about 4 hours.

The longer and slower you cook it the better.

Place roast in slow cooker.

Serve shredded beef on toasted rolls or kaisers that have been dipped in the juice.
