Banana split pie is a no-bake banana dessert that is easy to make and serve. Nothing says summer better than banana splits, and this family favorite will not disappoint.

Directions

Preheat oven to 425℉ (220℃) F.

Crush graham crackers into crumbs by hand or pulse in a food processor. Add graham crumbs into a mixing bowl, add the melted margarine (or butter) and sugar. Mix by hand into a crumbly mixture and then press into a 9 inch (23 cm) pie plate.

Bake for 5 minutes and cool completely.

Make the banana split pie filling

Blend softened cream cheese with confectioner's sugar. Spread gently over the graham wafer pie crust.

Slice the bananas and arrange them over the cream cheese mixture.

Spread pineapple over bananas.

Add whipped topping and top with cherries.

Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
