Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
or margarine
1 cup celery
chopped
¼ cup onions
chopped
2 tablespoons green bell peppers
chopped
1 tablespoon butter
7 ounces tuna fish
can
10 ½ ounces cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chow mein noodles
teaspoon black pepper

cup chow mein noodles

Directions

  1. In a deep, 1½-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in Microwave Oven 30 seconds.

  2. Add celery, onion and green pepper to melted butter. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  3. Combine remaining ingredients except ⅓ cup chow mein noodles with vegetablesm Blend well. Top with ⅓ cup of chow mein noodles. Heat in Microwave Oven, uncovered, 10 minutes or until sauce bubbles.
