Bacon Cheddar Breakfast Muffins

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk or 1/3 cup milk and 1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheddar, jack, or colby cheese
1/2 lb crisply cooked and crumbled bacon, about 2/3 cup
Ingredients
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk or 1/3 cup milk and 1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheddar, jack, or colby cheese
1/2 lb crisply cooked and crumbled bacon, about 2/3 cup
Directions
Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper liners.
Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).
Mix together ingredients except for cheese and bacon until just moistened. Fold in cheese and bacon. Divide muffin batter among cups.
Bake until golden brown, for about 20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool for 15 minutes before serving.
