Directions

With a serving knife spread the goat cheese evenly on one side of 4 bread slices.

With another serving knife, spread the red pepper jelly evenly on one side of remaining bread slices.

Layer the strawberries, basil leaves, and watercress over the goat cheese slices.

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.

Place the red pepper jelly bread slices on top.

In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray or greased with butter, cook the sandwiches over medium heat, about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Serve.
